Very clean rooms, beautiful decorations and greenery around the lodge. Traditional people of Lucknow very respectful and full of hospitality !!! Very near to lucknow junction and durgapuri metro station walkable distance of 5 minutes....kitchen food is excellent!

Rooms, staff, ambiance and construction is all good with all greenery and outside space except the Receptionist/Manager, so rude, unprofessional and not at all comprising in any terms. No kettle in rooms, forced us to buy milk from them even for the baby and asked extra charges to boil.

Construction is very good you will find out even nice rooms, but services & management is very poor there counter staff's like mishra & pandey have no any sense , how to deal with customer they will make you feel torture for payment/day on daily basis so if u are on official visit & you have to stay 2-3 days Or more, it's better to avoid this hotel Because of very bad management. Message for owner:- Try to hire hotel management degree holders for better earning from this property.
The best hotel i ever booked. I visited here 2 times. Reasonable rates for rooms with 100% hygiene. Staff over here are very well behaved. I forgot my phone once they called me and returned my belongings back
The staff behaviour is very bad. They actually doesn't require business from new customers. Only location is good for fast commutors like people travelling from Train.

Google Hotel is very close to Gomati Nagar Railway station. The Manager, Mr. Lavkush was very courteous and helpful. Same is true for all staff employed there.
