Gaps in window glasses so cold air entered easily in the room. Rooms,curtains,bedsheets are dusty. Toilets are not clean. No amenities in the room and bathrooms.Door is not opening with the key provided of 301.In room 305 the basin was choked up. In some rooms hot water is not available.
Hotel is good but there is no cleanliness in the room . They not even clear the cigrette bud ..they just store it at the corner. They also didn't provide soap, towel which is necessary.
The hotel is clean at good location but cost is exhorbitantly high for 2 nights.
You don't get a complimentary tea. In breakfast, you have to choose only one item limited - Poha or kachori.
Very good hotel. Good experience. Service is also good.

Worst hotel and service ... they given dirty room including bathroom... Bed sheets having a lot male and females hair, even bed sheets also dirty... No television working... After entering in room they are not given any soap or towel to me... Room floor not tidy... It's full of dirt and dust.. Service also slow...reception person not receiving my call.... They are not give me breakfast on time... Hotel staff not given my money even also not on time... Totally it's worst hotel.. Nobody are responsible there.. Feeling upset that's why I change hotel before 24 hours and shifted to another hotel near to Bombay hospital... I deeply suggest to other guest or customer Dnt go over there.... They are required money only ... So my experiences totally worst ... It's not a value for money hotel.. Thanx

If you want a medium budget hotel, good, clean room and more of personalise service from staff and manager, it's the right choice.
