DON'T BOOK online they are FRAUD and don't ever book through the number given on this.. I just booked a room by online payment and QR code was sent to me. Afterthat the person misbehaved with me and said that you can take your money back but this is merchant account so send me 1500 again

Very pathetic experience... Would have given -5 Stars but no negative star option there... Booked for my sister's marriage... Lift choked even before function started... And the real ruckus kicked off only then... Food below average by the caterers they had tie up with... Top of all is the SAFETY ISSUE... No stairs to exit in any uneventful day, Overall NEVER VISIT & NEVER BOOK this worst possible hotel...
Most important thing is location of this hotel is prefect. Walking distance from ramchandra bus stand. Behaviour of all staff is good especially GM Sir. Food quality of this hotel is awesome. One thing I noticed that only lift facilities available no stairs but this is not a big issue. Visit at least once and taste the food of Orchid Restaurant. Have a nice day
