Worst experience. I stayed 2 night, my life worst 2 night. Staff look and behave like road side loafers, food was worst, i found hair in food, i can't even explain how my experience was, it was totally worst, if u live in a city area don't stay this hotel, price was too high, unhygienic food, room was totally disgusting, my worst hotel ever.
The place is besides amta nath temple parikrama marg The location is perfect The place does need some upgrade If you are planning a trip with your elderly beware there is no lift and they will have to climb the stairs. The problem is also the food it is not that great and also that it takes a lot of time for the food to arrive. Also the room service is not that great you will have to do all the work yourself.
Located within 200 mtr of kamtanath temple rooms are good. Hotel is having separate parking within it. But service in restaurant is not well even food is also not good. If you visit in summer then you have to ask all the time to hotel staff to turn on AC as they turn it off within some time frame of an hour or two through their power switch.
Had a fantastic stay in this hotel. It is in the close proximity to the main deity of Chitrakoot i.e. Kamadgiri. Hotel staff is quite cordial & supportive. I especially wanna thanks to Mr. Prashant Tiwari for facilitating such a nice & Budget freindly stay. I hope more facilities will also be added in near future, as there is always scope of improvement.
