The mattresses which were provided us had nails popping out of it which could have been injurious to us The covers that were provided over the mattresses was dirty The room was smelling full of cigarettes and buds and ashtray were to be found lying around the room. Even after insisting they were not able to provide with the room freshners Hot water was also not available at this location

Worst experience ever No service,room was so small and bed was so fluffy,we even couldn't sit on it properly No soap in the bathroom,tv was not working,hotel staff was so rude and service was extremely poor.

Horrible stay ! Really very bad experience, the manager named B.k Srivastav was very rude with customers . Rooms were untidy and bathroom as per the cost of the room. Overall, the manager in night was very disrespectful! Will never go again !
