The location is very good and proximity to the city centre. Had a quick stopover for a night. Property is nice but needs good maintenance of the room. Mosquito prevention or net to be placed on all the windows. They have a restaurant on the ground floor which serves elaborate menu.
Stayed there for one night. To start with the few good things, the location is great. And food taste was good and the menu has got enough options. But the rooms and bathroom are not clean. The bed sheets were having dirty patched. Even the bath towel were dirty and discolored. The attitude of the staffs where bad. No toothbrush kit and when asked at 7.00am they told will have to wait till 9.00am till the housekeeping arrived. Over all not good experience for the money we pay.
Ideally located in the Heart of the town..good restaurant serving tasty food..room service needs to be looked into and a bit of maintenance needed for the Rooms..apt for a business trip or a family stay..near to the bus stand and around 10 mins to railway station..worth the money..
The rooms are very well maintained, by the housekeeping staff. Hotel is very cozy and ambiance is also good. Staff has good command over English, and their hospitality is good. Nice Place to Stay and Friendly Staff. The hotel is located on the main road and area accessible to local shops and surrounding restaurants, and local transportation. The hotel and restaurant are very well maintained with good hygiene and well-organized restaurant staff. I do recommend it for people vising with friends and family or on business visits

Google mentions that its a 3 star hotel but the service offered here can be rated as high as 5 stars. Great hospitality offered by the staff at every touchpoint right from the restaurant to the reception desk to the room assistance. We were made so comfortable by the care and attention given which is rarely seen in most hotels these days. Location is also a major plus. Definitely will stay here every time we visit thoothukudi. 10/10 would recommend to others.
What a location. The bar/restaurant is excellent. Quite and neat. Awesome place for close friends to have a pleasant get together. Rooms are well kept and staffs are extremely courteous. Very clean.
I had a great experience in this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. All type of foods (south Indian/north Indian/etc.) were amazing. I strongly recommend this hotel.
