Hotel Raj International - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

Regrettably, my recent experience at this hotel, particularly with the receptionist Sarfaraz, was far from satisfactory. From unhygienic rooms to subpar service, the overall stay was disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel to others based on my unfortunate encounter with Sarfaraz and the associated issues.

Raj international is the worst hotel not at all clean there are many cockroaches in the room the service is worth very dirty bed sheets they dnt clean the rooms. The person who sits on reception his name is sarfaraz he is very rude with the customer. We paid for AC room but the AC was not working at all and they charged us for AC room without giving the service... Plz dnt ever go to hotel Raj international it is worst hotel.

At the start receptionist was good to us till we booked for the room ...after booking we check the room for 3 persons so he didn't given towel for 3 persons and soap also ,bathroom door don't have lock ,don't have a guiser and we complain about it he was like you can go if you don't wanted the room what is this behavior. And they are saying that ,it's a 3star hotel ...it doesn't have single star value n receptionist behavior also....

Hotel Staff is rude and doesn't talk politely. At the time of check out i asked for bill and they just simply gave a bill without the PAN or GST information of the Hotel. They just denied that they have any information regarding GST or PAN of the proprietor. After arguing with the receptionist i got to talk with the owner of the hotel, he said that they provide the bill on the next day over WhatsApp. But after that they are simply not picking up my calls. I will be moving to the consumer forum and make a complaint against this hotel.

The receptionists are good in nature. The room service is quite good but not up to the mark. This hotel is near Nampally railway station ( Hyderabad decan). Most tourist places are easily accessible from this hotel.

I visited Hyderabad on march 2023 And I booked a hotel Raj international room no.103 I stayed 3 day s first day ok but, from second to third day there were cockroaches whenever we come from tourist place very bad experience

Room was Good lucking, Service and location near to Transportation

It's a worst hotel. Not worth of being even 1 star. They don't have room keys n also no basic services like Ironbox. When asked they say it's not a 5 star which is just the basic stuff. Worst has water blogging issues in the bathroom.
