We stayed in the hotel for 2 days, it very budget friendly for people coming for NIT admission. Yes it is in a gully, no nearby restaurants but you can order on Zomato. Bedliners are clean, washrooms are also clean, I would recommend booking on goibibo (standard non AC room). Very good amount of parking space is also available. they dont cosider services as per their policy written in goibibo and specially for couples they will look down to you like you did something wrong or shamefull just for mo reason and talk to you so badly like you owe soms money to them the main,seniour manager is the person who has the worst behaviour towards the customer and with me i booked this hotel coz they were giving complimentry late check-out of around 3hrs after the standard check-out time that is 12.00pm so i was late to check-out and manaher comes and started shoutinf at me like he has something personal issue with me just becoz we are couple and he damanded extra money contradicting the policy of late check-out ,so for couples dont go there ,they were inhuman.

Nice and clean hotel but too hot only one ceiling fan and room size is also too small and providing stay in opposite side one house of their property that was clean and good

Although, the hotel is near to railway station, however it is situated in a sub-lane from main road. initially u may feel difficult to search the hotel. room space is good. I feel bedsheets and pillow cover were not properly clean. there were marks in towel, bedsheets. the non ac section of the hotel is in different building from main building. staffs are not adequate in the non ac section. no room service was there. one staff played tv with loud sound. I asked to low the volume. overall non ac section is recommend to only single person with short staying. absolutely not recommended for family.

The hotel rooms are good and in very good condition. They are neat and clean. The hotel has two parts, one for AC rooms and the other for non-AC. The main reception is there in the AC part. However, the staffs are quite unprofessional. Typically in the non-AC section, where I was staying, the behavior of one staff (a boy) was rude. I asked him for the wifi password, but he was sitting and watching TV and responded to me after a minute or so. His response was also not good. Moreover, wifi speed is so slow that you cannot do anything with it. I faced some issues with the lock so asked him, he came in an angry mood. He does not know how to speak with guests. Food is very costly, but not at all tasty, and very few items. Overall, the hotel is unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

I'm writing this review very sincerely because I visited here more than 3 times and every time the whole staff was very to the point in delivering the services. The rooms and the bathrooms are good. The best thing I like is their food. The best food I've ever eaten while staying in a hotel. Kudos to the manager and the staff. This hotel has become my go to hotel if ever I visit Raipur. Thank you so much Hotel Raj Heritage. P. S. - Though the location is a bit confusing, however, once you know the route, you won't even need autos or rickshaws to commute to and fro from the Railway Station because it's a straight road from the Railway Station.

Nice place to stay around railway station, at reasonable rates,
