The staff is great and helping. The person at the reception is very kind spoken. The rooms are good, but the bathrooms are not so good, but only okay, however manageable for the price point. The location is the best part as it is at a mere distance of 100 meters from the Taj Mahal south gate. Prime location and good property. Also it has a restaurant in the property only, the food is okay, a little bit pricey but you don't have to travel far for it.
Having telephonic conversation with the owner "Prashant", we were prior informed the rate for non ac per night was 750 INR. However, at the time of checkin we were asked to pay 850 INR inc tax. The location is absolutely fantastic, walking distance to Taj mahal. At this rate, this could be the best spot for stay. Although, at this rates you should not expect room service or any other facility. As they do not provide either. (No soap, no warm water, no drinking water... Etc) Rooms are OKish/good for budget stay. Hygiene barely. Also, the lock for the room barely held, hence keep eye for your belongings. Lastly, when asked for the BILL for stay, we were not provided despite asking multiple times. Anyway, prashant was kind and good host, hence this can be good stay if you are on budget.

When I arrived at the hotel, they already had my booking pulled up. Check-in was fast and easy. You really can't beat the price for the location. I paid more for a bed a dorm that wasn't as nice. It's so good after backpacking for 2 weeks to have my own room. I highly recommend it.

Positive: Very friendly staffs. I was in Agra on day of Holi and it was hard to find public vehicles due to public holiday. The owner arranged a tempo for me to show me around Agra and instructed the driver to make sure I got in bus from Agra to Delhi. Negative: The hotel itself was OK.
Good staff behaviour.checkin and checkout is simple and seamless.. Average budget rooms .. Bathroom also not so great.very close to Tajmahal.. perfect option for solo travellers..
Other than the facilities which are as normal as a hotel can be... Mostly i liked it because of the tajmahal walking distance plus the hotel owner's behaviour. Was damn good. He is so down to earth person . I stated for 2 days .. this is cheap in respective of food also. Stay happy stay healthy
