Various points i have -
would like to bring the rude behavior exhibited by the restaurant staff. As a customer, I believe in respectful and courteous service, and unfortunately, the demeanor of the restaurant staff fell short of these expectations. Proper training and reminders about the importance of exceptional customer service would greatly contribute to a more positive dining experience for guests.
They were ready to fight with customers.
It was unexpected and inconvenient to be asked for cash payments, as most hotels offer a variety of payment options, including credit cards.

We checked in at 8pm in a totally filthy room/smelling of damp
Food ordered at 9 pm and specified dinner time to be 10 pm
It was bought in the room at 10:40 after the number of reminders
Excellent service and location / Best part was they let us use the room beyond check out time. Excellent hospitality
I am currently staying in this hotel.
I must say, very poor service:
1)I ordered the food, it took around 2 hours and that too i have to call them 3 times
2)Wifi not working, i asked them the password and tried several time, bt couldnt connect
3)A big hotel and they dont have water cooler or not working, especially during in summer, we faced problem as not everyone prefer mineral water
4)Landline not working, and there is no separate number for Restaurant.only common number.
5)We asked them to Activate Sony channel,they failed doing that..
We are paying them money, bt they are not meeting the expectations!!
Its a humble request to hotel owner, plz look into it

We were a group of 8 travelling for vacation.during the month of September 2023 we visited Deoghar and were pleased to have selected such an amazing accommodation.
The caretakers were extremely helpful and friendly.
We had a slight issue with drain
This hotel is very beautiful,here is lift service available for senior citizens rooms are to good and room services are superb. Hotel's arrangement and staff behaviour are also responsible for the guest.

Really good experience at this hotel.
Rooms are clean and spacious enough. We had booked 7 rooms and none of them had any issues.

Hotel is very good in this price. 10 min walking distance from Baba mandir. Staffs are good and helpful. Room quality is very nice. Bathroom is excellent.

This is the best place for yoga in Deoghar. Our trainer is very good. She has different exercises for different diseases. Everyone must join her classes.
