Improperly maintained. The staff was very helpful. Food was nice. But asked to pay the bill even starting to eat the food supplied in room service. Room was very specious and nice view was available.

HOPELESS SERVICE No fast water flow in tap almost like drop by drop .. . after complaing he changed to other room. Actually we booked only for 4 hours by paying 1000rs as we had a flight during that time.. the main purpose of our booking was to get fresh up and take some rest.. which was not possible as water flow was very slow and the guy knocked out door after one hour just to ask our name which i already submitted in aadhar card and wrote in their REGISTER.. When v book room for 4 hrs to take rest. He repeatedly knocks our door to know our name as thrs no communication between their night SHIFT STAFF'S. REALLY THR ARE OTHER GOOD OPTIONS nearby.. Try. Others than this UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR GUYS

PLEASE STAY AWAY. Worst possible hotel. They cancelled my reservation while I stayed for a night. Tax exemption process I suppose. Dirty and nasty floors. Washroom will make u want to go use a public toilet. Pillows were dirty and hard like rock. Air conditioner was noisy like tuktuk. Old outdated furniture. Tiles on the floor R cracked and rooms smelly. Window lock busted. No International card accepting POS (pathetic for international travellers). No dental kit. Not even worth Rs1000 yet I paid almost Rs1500. (I ONLY STAYED FOR A FEW HOURS AS I HAD A LONG LAYOVER SO COULDNT TAKE PICTURES TO POST)

Review :- Hotel is best option for Travellers travelling to Shamshabad Airport. Hotel Room in not good at this price point. Bathroom was Horrible and Hand Flush was not working. Outside room is Good. With this price being charged, Rooms should have been maintained better. Overall not satisfied.

Location is on highway at 9 km from airport. Not recommended at all as their kitchen is closed because their cook left job. They can bring food from outside and serve you. They bring idlis, sambar and raw bread from outside for complementary bf which starts at 8 AM. They even don't have refrigerator to give you cold water bottle. Lack of attention by staffs, intercom and power sockets were not working. No hot water arrangements in washroom. Rooms are spacious but needs extensive repairs and maintenance. Paid Rs. 2650 for an executive room in single occupancy whereas it was not worth even Rs. 800-1000.

overall average experience. phone not working. TV not working .no gizer avileble. Restorent avileble but for breakfast only 2 hr working 8-10 am.good is also average.
