Love the location.. walkable from station. Superb for vacation... Cost efficient Not for staycation... Well talking about food... Have adrak wali chai in nearby street .. Mac Donald's right there for snacks. For dinner you can walk by the streets for about 200 metres to vaishno hotel. Services are top-notch

Very Bad staff who not allow any guest for meeting.. Such unprofessional staff who not understood guest and meeting. Wrost experience ever. They not deserved for single star.

Very bad behaviour of staffs , third class behaviour related to payment

It was a very bad experience. Our office staff had a meeting in thane so on urgent basis this hotel was booked.. As soon as the guest arrived they have asked for payment and used shabby language, The conversation was very clear that after tax invoice generation the payment will be proceed. It was a corporate booking Guest were ladies who had been here for meeting perpose. The staff there were not allowing guest to leave as ladies were not comfortable because of the foul language. On emergency basis the payment was made even before check out date so that our ladies staff can leave..I wont recommend this property to anyone specially ladies..

Location is near railway station. Room is dirty. Nit cleaned properly. Lot of mosquitoes in the room. I visited thane and stay here for 1 day. Hotel charged me high price un cash. Check out photos .

If there was a negative rating, I will rate them in minus. Very customer unfriendly, staff is sort of arrogant, rude and reflects. The reception guy is only bothered about money, as per him. His malik has made him sit to collect money.

I had very bad experience. My room was very small having no window and suffocating inside. Front desk person was very unprofessional and rude. The room was not cleaned properly and interior was broken and AC remote was not working. The hotel is nearby to Thane railway station which makes a lot of sound pollution of honking vehicles/auto rickshaws. No parking available and even you can not stop or enter into car at hotel gate entrance. you have to take your luggage to somewhere else to board to a 4 wheeler. Worst place to stay.

Some staffs are really worthless. I had called and informed of my early check-in. But still at time of check-in it seemed as if they were doing me a favour by letting me in. Got no help in carring my luggage. While checking out other staff were there who helped me with my things.
