Pls consider this as a suggestion and a humble request to hotel staff. 1. Cleaning: 0/5- The bathroom & Toilets seem like not cleaned since a month. You can find stains and dirt all around. 2. Room: 2/5- The towels and bedsheets were not maintained properly, still I have doubted whether they have washed it. The room was somewhat clean. Pls don't take anything personal...
The location is little far from Sector 4 City Center of Bokaro Steel City. Economic , but You won't get all amenities. Hotel doesn't have its own kitchen , rather it comes from neighbouring , not so clean local small restaurant which has a limited range. Rooms are most basic - has AC/ Non AC. Staffs are friendly but not so professional.
Good place to visit, will get nice rooms in reasonable prices, you didn't get much options in food but taste is good. Overall good and pocket friendly place to stay. Hotel is in between market area so didn't get stuck by an option regarding lunch or dinner.
Hotel staff behaviour is average,room service is very poor.
I am using this hotel since 2019, thrice a month every month, day by day your services are degrading, yesterday was my visit, no food given, no mineral water given, no towel given, no soap etc given. My worst experience ever, and guess this would be my last stay here, this hotel was like my home in bokaro.. really very disappointed

A good newly built hotel, clean rooms, good service. I checked in at midnight, and still it did not take any time to get me to room! Mr Raj was available on call all the time for anything and everything. Food was always freshly prepared.
