Hotel Rahmaniya Kethel's Chicken ( rrhmaaniyaa keetts cikk ) - Chicken restaurant in Mayyanad, Thazhuthala - Kollam, India

Rahmaniya is famous for its Kethel's Chicken set, which includes small dry chappathis without oil and chicken fry garnished with chiili flakes and masala. They use tender chicken which does not weigh more than 500 gm. For Kethel set fried chicken pieces with numbers 8, 12, 16, 24 etc are taken as per the order. Only thing that doesn't meet the standard is the gravy which is served along with the chappathi. They serve lemonade initially and they keep on refilling the glass. They strictly maintain their age old flavor and quality of the food at all their branches. Their first branch was started decades ago at Chalai market at Trivandrum. The new branch is by the side of NH at Umayanelloor. Since the National Highway widening work is under progress, parking is difficult.

Only people who love to enjoy Kethel's chicken will visit Rahmaniya as they have only limited dishes in the menu. Porotta and chicken is yummy. However the quantity is very less. The gravy served alongside didn't work out for me as well. Can't say it's budget friendly. Only on a craving note, there will be a second visit.

Rahmaniya such good hotel to kethels chicken. Me and my friends tried kethals chocken and chappathi, its was very tasty,spicy as well as hot . They prepared the food when we ordered. They maintained a well good interior. The team also managed a pictorial representation of the fud preperation on the wall. They divided the section for family or group of people with ac . They staffs was nice behaivour. The main attraction i found that instead of giving water they are providing lime juice and no extra fees for that. There was toilet facility . The defect of the hotel i found that they didnt provide a card payment. The hotel is on the roadside and at a time a park five cars. They also provide a prayer room facility.

Spring chicken fry and chicken liver fry are the menu items available which can be had with either chapati or ghee rice as a set... Chicken fry with chapati (along with gravy and lime juice) costs Rs. 180 per set per person while the other option with ghee rice costs Rs. 200 per set per person. Chicken Fry is of spring chicken which is a small chicken different from the ones available in the market usually. Ample parking area and highway visibility... Only that we should be looking for it around the area.

Rahmaniya Kethels chicken is something you definitely need to try. Highly recommended if you love spicy food with free unlimited lemon juice.Try there tender chicken liver fry also, its just awesome

Very much like the real kethal chalai taste. These chicken delicacy is a unique chicken fry product sold only on these chain of stores. They are almost Rs180/- per plate which include enough chicken pieces for a person and about 5 rotis. They also provide unlimited lemon juice in the combo. If you order extra chicken, it will cost you Rs150 more.

kethels special masala chicken fry . and chapati combo, lemon juice . liver fry also available. last time i tried this combo. ac and non ac available. service & atmosphere is good. closing time 10 pm. family & friends must visit spot in kollam.
