Worst place to stay, small room, smelly room, unhygienic, bedsheets are torn, rats in the place, pathetic behaviour of the staff, on call they said they will provide extra bed, after asking a lot of times, extra bed provided cannot be adjusted in the room since the size of room is very small, on asking one more room, the staff said there is no room available, on arrival of new customer the very next minute, hotel staff gave him room and they didn't gave room to us, never ever book this place. Owner is not bothered about customer service, rooms price is high, most importantly makes feel pathetic every moment in this hotel. Staff have very bad behaviour and they won't listen to customers.
This hotel is not worth for the price. There is geyser but it was not working and there is no response from the service staff. There is no proper ventilation for the rooms. Think twice before booking this hotei.
Rudest Staff behaviour, small smelly rooms, worst hotel to check in, heavily price, felt worst place to live in, Owner is not bothered about customers, just do fake promises on call before booking, never ever book this hotel. Life worst hotel booking, after trusting the hotel staff on call.
