Very neat and clean rooms, clean linen, with all amenities. Nice conformtable bed. They also have a working desk. Location of hotel is also good. Close to railway station and good connectivity to other places. The staff is soft spoken and considerate.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The staff are very helpful and cooperative. Complementary food was with our stay. The food quality was awesome. The quantity was of a healthy amount. Rooms were clean, neat and tidy. Washroom was hygienic,properly lightened and with good sanitation. Really enjoyed our stay. This Hotel is wonderful, safe and highly recommended for family stay.

rated it a 4 star hotel which is absolutely wrong. it is a good 3 star hotel. hotel has only a small common area that too at entrance and they made it restaurant and that restaurant they book for outside parties. so effectively you have no common space in hotel to sit. Room was little small but everything neat and clean with almost all amenities. window AC so it was little noisy.but cost was less so ok Ok. food was also good. 5 star for room, 3 star for hotel and 2 star for wrong rating.

Very near to Charbagh Railway station and most affordable 4 star hotel in the area. Food is very tasty. The staff is very polite. Been in this property 4-5 times every time i visited Lucknow.

Amazing place to Stay in Charbagh, Lucknow . Clean, new, fresh rooms with good amount of amenities at a decent price . One must check out this property for once. It's located 700m from Charbagh Railway/Metro Station near the Naka Hindola Chouraha
