Hotel Radiant - Hotel in Ranchi - Ranchi, India

good place, near Ranchi railway station. the hotel have lift facility that is very useful for older persons. rooms are very good with good hygiene maintain of toilets. thank you hotel Radiant.

Rooms were not clean.. beds are old and having some wood insects and mosquitoes...

The ambience is good, rooms are well with air conditioner and geyser facility. The behavior of the staffs are very good. You can book the cars from this hotels too. They have travelling contacts. This hotel contains their own restaurant. You can eat foods from the nearby restaurants too.

Never expected such a poor service and such ill maintained rooms.

Hotel is good ,Rooms are great with nice views ,staffs are good and well behaved , foods are also good quality, near by parking is plus point .

There is no in house kitchen, they provide everything from outside but don't provide the menu or rate list. If you don't order anything from hotel staff is least bothered about the services. Bathroom is too small and clumsy. Not for recommendation.

The property itself is well built but the maintenance and service is not that good. The intercom didn't work, the AC was faulty (even the remote was broken), the cupboard didn't close, the windows were filthy and wouldn't lock, mosquitoes were a nuisance. House Keeping is basically non existent. And the room service was bad. I wouldn't stay there if wasn't an urgency.

The rooms are good but no in-house restaurant facilities. You can buy food from outside.
