Pathetic Hotel with pathetic service. Check-in is done and keys are handover to customer without cleaning the room, without checking basic availability of towels, water, room and bathroom cleaning, etc.
Room was smelling with cigarette.
bathroom was smelly due to shaft had to put exhaust fan ON whole night to avoid smell.
Windows had no lock (it was broken). They even bothered to check room before check-in.
Door lock of one room was not working, had to left it open whole night.
Staff is not rude but unreceptive, when highlighted for different issues faced they were not ready to work upon it rather busy with excuses. Need to call several time for basic facilities. Totally unprofessional staff.
Such a dreadful experience I can't even find even words to explain!! Just an outer picture finely displayed on the websites as well as in the physical terms which comes out to be a complete eyewash!! It's a trash can one would never like to spend a penny on!! Smelly rooms,stained bedsheets,holes on the quilt of cigarette buds.Absolutely unsafe for the guests in terms of privacy and with their valuables.Not worth paying more than 1500

Beautiful property, managed by Family. It is completely give feels of home stay. Good home cooked food and service as well. The best thing is you can cook at your own in guest kitchen. Also located in prime area IN Rajpura Road.
