Mr. Hardik Trivedi and his team was very welcoming and arranged our early check-in and late check-out for the rooms with more than 10 guests. The service was good and prompt. The location of the hotel is at prime place in the city of Ahmedabad. However, a few things that I would to mention which I believe can be fixed are - the lift can be better. The cleanliness of the lift and the surrounding areas at the ground floor can be better. The approach to the entrance can have a better road. Mr. Trivedi was very helpful and was constantly updating me over the phone on the bookings and any other queries asked earlier. I recommend this place for a short stay for guys.
This is the worst horrible and horrendous experience in lifetime I traveled with 2 kids there no water since 10 pm to 7 am No staff on reception to entertain the mistake few shabby local boys were sleeping in the reception who were drunk and were not even able get up even after shaking them vigorously... I didn't get a bucket of water even not a mug ... For nature's call me n my kids went to railway station eventually as we had a train there later..... There were bed bugs khatmal .... we have killed four ..... never ever date to use treebo .... I have applied for the refund
