Had a great time as usual. The stay was a comfortable one and the staffs especially Francis and a madam in the reception welcomes you with a greeting smile is a positive vibe. They know your preferences and ensures the hospitality in the same level all the time. Overall a great team effort and the stay is always a great experience everytime I visit. Francis is definitely an asset for the organisation and I wish him all the very best.
The room was neat. Breakfast was reasonable. People at the reception were kind. Service can be improved with more staff. The corridor lights were not on even at 8 PM. The location is ideal for shopping.
Stayed for 3 nights. No hassles. Cooperative and well mannered staff. Satisfactory housekeeping and prompt service, when required.

This is the second visit for us and we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom which was stinking of the smoking smell. The breakfast tasted good and room service was also good. This time we couldn't use the swimming pool since summer camp was going on.
A decent place to stay for short duration.... Rooms are well kept.... Renovation is in progress... Once the ongoing work gets over, it shud b a wonderful place to stay....

Hygienic, affordable, luxurious rooms, at most care taken in maintaining the bathrooms. Good quality food and the breakfast is a must try. Staffs behaviour is icing on the cake. Courteous and polite.
The Silent hotel. I didn't stay at this hotel. We have gone for Lunch. The Lunch we couldn't find more menu. But the items taste good and quantity is sufficient. Slightly at higher price. Parking is a challenge. You have to park at 10metera distance
