One of the worst Hotel, worst room service and very useless illiterate rude arrogant guy on reception. Bathroom are not clean. He had to stay coz it was heavily raining outside and I have my baby with me. but if anyone wants to choose this hotel for stay please don't come here..
Worst hotel i ever visited. The guy at the reception was rude and ignorant. He was asking for *hard copy* of all *family member* during our check in at night 11:30 Which is obviously not possible. Really bad experience at the place
Room service was not that great and bathroom has small cockroach. But the room rent was very affordable and it is nearby indore station.

During our check-in at midnight, the receptionist insisted on cash payment only and refused to accept online payment. Furthermore, we found the bathroom to be unclean. To add to our discomfort, our privacy was not respected when a room service staff member barged in unannounced.
The hotel employees can't read or communicate well with customers. Avoid this hotel.
