Arrogance and Abysmal Service at Its Finest! I recently had the displeasure of staying at HOTEL RAAMUS, and to say that it was a nightmare would be a gross understatement. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, I was subjected to a level of arrogance and incompetence that I've never encountered in my years of traveling. First and foremost, the receptionist's attitude was beyond belief. From the moment I approached the front desk, they treated me as if I was an inconvenience to their oh-so-important existence. There was no warm welcome or genuine smile; instead, I was met with a snobby look that made me question if I was a guest or an intruder. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was evident throughout my entire stay, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth. Moving on to the service, it was nothing short of a comedy of errors. Requests for simple amenities took ages to be fulfilled, and even then, it seemed like they were doing me a favor by providing them. Room service was an absolute disaster - my order was wrong not once, not twice, but three times! The wait staff seemed disinterested, almost as if they couldn't care less about the guests or the quality of the service they were providing. Now, let's talk about the rooms - what a joke! I don't think I've ever seen such outdated and poorly maintained accommodations in my life. The furniture looked like it was salvaged from a garage sale, and the beds were so uncomfortable that I might as well have slept on the floor. The carpets were stained, the bathroom had a weird odor, and don't get me started on the questionable cleanliness. It was evident that they hadn't bothered to properly clean or inspect the rooms before guests arrived. The level of disappointment I experienced during my stay at HOTEL RAAMUS was truly unparalleled. It's baffling to think that they have the audacity to charge the prices they do for such a deplorable experience. It's evident that the management is more focused on flaunting their arrogance rather than providing a pleasant and comfortable stay for their guests. Save yourself the agony and avoid this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of other accommodations in the area that offer better service, more welcoming staff, and cleaner, more comfortable rooms. I regret every second spent at HOTEL RAAMUS and sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning to other travelers seeking a pleasant stay.

I booked the hotel through agoda. They gave pretty good discount. But upon checking in, the room didn't match the one shown in the website. The room was very small. Maximum only 2 people can stay in the room, even though they do provide an additional bed for a 3rd guest. The rooms are not maintained, and in the room that I stayed in, the bathroom door didn't lock. It's pretty economic, but facilities and service is not great.

Good.. but they need to improve the amenities. I checked in yesterday at 2 pm from that time Wifi was not working, landline was not working, no hot water.. we have so many rooms available near coimbatore railway station I have seen the review of the hotel in Google and went 500m inside the street. But 1200 is not worth it for a single bedroom. We have so many lodges and rooms in the street entrance with low prices.

I want to give ratings in minus,unfortunately there is no option. The reason behind this is, I did check in at this hotel by 6:30 am in the morning and paid 1500Rs. for 3 people(that also too high as compared to MMT and Google). At that time, I confirmed the checkout time, the Boy present at the management desk, said we can do checkout by 9 am and max to max 10 am. The next day we did checkout before 10 am and the lady manager forced us to pay 1200 rs. for the 2nd day. And the boy took back his words(that he did not say we can do checkout by 10 am) and forced us to pay. This is completely cheating with us, as you can see that previous comments posted by the other people, many of them faced the same issue. I asked them to check the camera recordings but they do not have voice camera recordings. I would request you to all, if you are outsider, do video recording while doing check-in and keep it as a proof and while doing check out show that video recording if later they say you are liar and forces you to pay extra 1 day amount.

This hotel is located very close to Coimbatore Junction. The room is clean, and the service is happening on a daily basis. A mess is attached to the basement place, and food is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at nominal price. Bar is also available very close to this facility.

The hotel is at a walkable distance from the railway station. I reached the hotel by 9.30pm and asked for extending the check out time by 6pm next day but the management refused. The check in process was time consuming. The room was neat and clean. Bathroom is okay (3.8/5). I booked a double bed room . They provided 2 soaps and only one towelBy morning 6.30am I checked out from the hotel and in morning hot water was available. I got the room for(including tax) which I think is a bit expensive for the time I spent there(9hours). If you get this room(non AC standard) for or less then it's a good deal.Overall I rate the experience as 3.7/5

Located near railway station. Food from outside only. I have not checked with them regarding room supply. Service quality good

A decent hotel to check in.... Not very spacious rooms some rooms were like dungeon no proper fans because of which it was unbearable during the summer time... Not a very responsive customer service.
