Everything was good. After going around the narrow streets we found this hotel last minute very close to sankat mochan temple. Rooms are spacious and very neat. Breakfast is tasty and has variety. Staff is really helpful . They helped us change room at 1 am night without any complaints when we found the AC wasn't cooling enough. Special thanks to house keeping staffa nd Mr amit at reception .

Worst maintenance and worst receptionist... Very rude and charges extra for any thing at the time when we are vacating... My experience is the are insisting us to pay for the broken Chair which was priorly broken and was not used by any of us... the are such a rude that this issue became a heated argument... Of the 2 rooms we booked 1 bathroom drain was completely blocked and horribly smelly... And finally hell lot of mosquitoes (very disturbed sleep) Highly not recommended... mainly u need peacefulness when u come to a devotional place like varanasi, so be cautious and think for other alternative... My final opinion- If u don't have a room any where in Varanasi, don't even try this hotel, better u please postpone ur trip to some other time...

The air conditioning circuit broke most nights, sometimes multiple times a night, causing me to wake up in a sweat. Often there was no hot water. The room smelled musty. Internet was really bad. But it was decent-looking and the restaurant is good. My advice: stay elsewhere and eat at the restaurant.
Specious Rooms and cleanness well maintained. All staff are good and helpful. Mr Asis and Mr Deepak are taking interest in guests comfort. Restaurant is good. Eventhough complimentary breakfast choice is limited but good. Overall experience with this hotel stay for 4days is nice without any hiccups.
