I booked it thru agoda and the hotel refused to give me a room. They are saying we don't accept agoda and Oyo bookings. They shutdown the Oyo townhouse. We can't help you with that. Talk to your booking partner for the room.
It is a very good hotel to rest and the food is also very good and do visit the cafe.
Best hotel in the area. Super clean room/bathroom. Bed comforter & towels were very soft & clean. Other facilities are AC, mini freeze, TV, geyser, lift, room service, rooftop restaurant etc Very well maintained. I will recommend it to anyone looking for stay near railway station.
very poor room service. 1. Hotel give a room with too much bad smell. 2. Instead of mineral water, Hotel give Normal water in usable plastic bottles. Picture is attached hearby. 3. AC was not properly worked. Entire night AC make a Noise. I complain to hotel staff. but not modified. 4 Breakfast and dinner not a proper and poor quality. Overall night stay was not good. Not value for money stay.
Very bad experience, My friend came from Chandigarh all the way and I chose this particular hotel for her to stay there, but they have too many rules, too many forms to be filled they require all our knowledge, home address and if your are coming from another city then they will ask you for your friend's address also! I personally felt really bad experience for my friend. Too expensive also. Worst!
Location is great just in the proximity of Vadodara Junction, but the service was a bit disappointing, was made to wait for almost 40 minutes to get my room ready, as though the booking was made in advance and check in was way late than the check-in time. Check-in process was lengthy, too much details of every guest need to be filled in the registers and forms. Rooms were a bit dirty, spider webs were clearly visible in the corners of the room. Basic things like towels had to be asked for at the reception and were not provided already in the room. Overall it was an average experience for a hotel at such a premium pricing.
