Very bad hotel, if you ready for some take extra load then search better options as compare to hotel Raajkamal, very very bad experience

As the names of 5star raiting persons suggests they all are the near and dear ones of the hotel owner. Otherwise no guest can give them even a 2star review. The dirtiest and most unhygienic rooms of the Abu. We stays there for two days and we have khatmal's bite marks all over our body. Even when we complain about that, they simply provide us two plastic chairs to spend the night on them. They have the largest mosquitoes of the world. Even the kitchen and the food was also pathetic. Dirty utensils and food material. And most of all despite having such a higher charges, they charges extra for providing bath soap.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was very clean including the wash room. The location was close to bus and taxi stand but it's just slightly away to avoid the noise of main road. Room service was quite prompt and hot water was available during 7 to 10 AM as promised by the manager. I actually checked in at about 12 noon and asked for some hot water for a bath. They arranged it immediately. The room charge was also reasonable. As a whole I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Worst hotel I had seen ever, we check in on 15 sept at 6 am rooms smelling, open window in washroom no curtain were there and there was lots of holes in bed sheet and pillow covers. I asked them to change they said they will change after 9 am. I said ok again I ask them to change but they yes we are sending. Later in evening when I came back to hotel after sightseeing I again ask them to replace these bedsheet and pillow covers. They sent me another bedsheet which has more big holes in centre. I went to reception to change bedsheet I met to father of owner he behave very badly and make nonsense. Later owner comes he said I ma sending another bedsheet, you won't believe even that bedsheet also have holes. Attaching images for reference. Their washroom have open window. Rooms were smelling badly. So bad experience in this hotel. This is the first time I am giving 1 star. I also recommend to all guest don't visit this hotel. Else you have to spoil your mood and time and money.

First statement...I would not stay in this Hotel for free also. Why? Read on..... Hotel owner's son is (sorry WAS) friend of my brother and we verbally booked two Triple Super Delux rooms for 5000/- each for two nights. On Saturday 11th May 2019 we reached Hotel at around 4:30 pm after long drive from Baroda. To our surprise, the rooms where given away to some other families. We were offered one Quad Super Dlx room and One double room. Both rooms where below average....rather poor. We did not have choice so stayed back. We slept at around 1 am after enjoying the time and wow....one more surprise. Electricity failure....I waited for sometime but staff did not turn generator on. So I went down to reception and what a great sight!!! The staff was sleeping in full swing. I woke them up and they turned on generator. We woke up next day for one more surprise....no hot water to bath. Me and my nephew went in market to search for alternative. You know what??? 1000% better hotels where available for cheap price of 1500/- per room. We decided to move. While checking out we had terrible argument with owner of the Hotel. The total bill we had to pay was 6k including food. We paid 5k but that was also very very high. Negative points....Poor hotel, no maintenance of rooms (don't go by pics on web), pathetic location, unhygienic rooms....Above all owner was rude and arrogant. Positive points.... If you really trust me...please don't use this hotel. Go to Hotel Neelkanth (we moved in here), Hotel Sai palace, Hotel Natraj which are next to this hotel

Worst hotel ever, bedsheets are dirty, so are the pillows, electric switch boards are broken and so are washroom fittings. It was completely messed up and full off sperm stains. The one who stays here should be paid instead of being charged.
