really one of the worst hotel. Room size is equivalent to bathroom size of nearby marwari vivah bhawan. besides may be owner/ manager of the hotel is one of the most rude person ever seen in service industry. i request everyone to book room in this hotel as a last resort only. giving one star for service due to rude behaviour of owner/manager of this hotel.

Best taste and best food Friendly staff behaviour

Very poor taste. Don't waste money on eating in this restaurant. The paneer roll of this restaurant are of very poor quality. They charge you the same rate as sundram but don't provide you the quality of paneer roll like Sundram. Very bad restaurant don't go.

Regarding dining it's good; however if you think of staying here, that will be your worst decision. So Stay Away From This Hotel. Let's start with Pros - It's good to have a varied option of sweets and north Indian dishes with its own taste in a small town such as NNA. Cons - Worst of service that you would get here by the poorly trained staff/the person who calls himself as a manager. No towel in room- unless you call them to get one. No packaged water bottle (Opened seal bottles were sent) No toiletries in washroom. TV will be there, but there won't be any channels to watch. Staff said, he is sending someone and it's been 11.48 PM now and obviously the manager won't pick the call and no one had come to fox TV. Probably he will come from Pakistan. No proper etiquettes of customer handling. Lack of client handling skills. Intercom will be there, but it won't work. Manager gets irritated if you call him for any request. You should put a sign board or add in visiting card, that more than twice there will be an additional charge on your bill if you call the manager more than two times. Good hotel near Navgachia railway station..Price is little bit high but service is good..Is has its own restaurant Provide very tasty food..The owner is very helpful and polite...Hotel has lift service also..
