I'm sorry to feed you a negative experience about you. It's essential to provide feedback to the hotel management about the poor hospitality and misinformation during check-in to help them improve their services the reception guys are not properly trained,they are used to lie. Consider sharing your concerns with the hotel directly or through online review platforms. And further I dislike adding that your staff don't want that customer again.

worst experience i have had till now ppl dont know to talk and also say "aap aoyo na aao koi fark nahi parta " specially the person with spect in the reception dont know to talk to gust actally he is an illiterate person and saying i am working here for 15 years. And behave like a sweeper think twise to get in this hotel stay in the railway station instead of R S HOTEL

Staff was abusive and not at all cooperative One of them said very rudely that the tv doesnt work here when we requested him to fix the aforesaid problem One staff cleverly slipped a complimentary breakfast into our room and lied that it was not chargeable and during check out the entire staff started fighting for the charges and even misbehaved vulgarly with the middle aged 2 women with us. One of them even threatened us for an unforseen act he may proceed for. Very very bad experience with the food quality and room hygiene condition Food was deadly pathetic next to a filth to eat and the cooking oil was stinking in the food as if wrotten and not fit to consume. On complaining again the staff started arguing and misbehaving Buckets were broken and on requesting the staff did not use to pay attention They all threatened us for a danger in unison for complaining and giving a poor rating Last but not the least one of the staff shouted at us to get lost from the hotel.

Good food #veg. service is moderate. Cleaning is good. Good option near the railway station at #NAGPUR #HOTEL. Walking distance from Nagpur ornage market railway station. U get auto, cab for anywhere going in Nagpur.

Bad & fraudulent. The bad experience is that, I book A.C Deluxe room on goibib app and also paid the amount go AC delux room Rs.1504/-. and Go to hotel but during checking we received the voucher of non-AC room. we requested the hotel manager for fraudulent but he didn't accept any our words and also clearly warn us to check out on 10hrs or befor ,when before check in. we tried several time to call goibib customer support but lines and too busy for abouts 30 minutes. at the end we didit have any choice so we paid additional 400 I.e. total Rs.1900/- for one night stay which is too much in that location and condition of hotels. location of hotel is 100mtr away from Railway station and which is too cozy. Restaurant- when we see the condition of dining table and thought that may be seated anyone in a month. Rooms- no maintenance and dirt everywhere. I suggest that, in the price of 1900/- your got evergreen hotel than this. No familiar staff. thanks. Not listed as hotel is a lodge category. Surroundings are to dirty. Sanitory fittings are too old and immovable, so tight.

This place is very nice and neat to the railway station .Hotel staff is well behaved and friendly.

It is almost next to the railway station, and the service is pretty good. I've enjoyed being here but the charges are a little higher considering the surrounding competitors, rooms were not so deep clean, and the washroom is bad. Wifi does not have good speed. I personally enjoy it here. It's very good for those who travel by train and work in city

The Hotel is located towards the back side of the Station, Given the condition of the Rooms the price is quite high. I met 2 managers during my stay, one of them was very helpful and down to earth where as the other was a bit rude though helpful. The good thing is they have an attached restuarant and you can order food to your room and the taste is quite good.
