I am staying there 14 days Great hotel Very good restaurant food is nice tatste and valuable price also Hotel is neat and clean hygienic clean Everyday room service available I got very nice experience and I enjoyed Hotel stuffs they are very good with good attitude Hotel owner he is very nice and humble person Overall hotel is Best in all over Bank place I am very happy thank you so much RR GRAND for giving me great service

Location is the only thing strategically good here. It is visible from public Gathering zones and From most of the main Roads of the city which makes this Worth a try. But trust the words "All that glitters is not Gold". Based on personam visits and reviews by Acquaintances, as well as a few random persons dwelling around on the same floor, the place is too much high-priced for what it gives. For nearly 3.5-4.5K you get little and that's also very pitiful. No accessible entry, rude staff, Dirty stained and sometimes visibly used laundry, Denial of additional facilities, bad odours, Too much noise from the streets, etc. And once you stay in a small room.... It's too small it can trigger your claustrophobia, Avoid this place, Unless situation gets better. I'll update ly review, once it does.

Room are good , some serviceman are very rude behaviour

Very popular, famous & costly hotel. Rooms & location are good. But service are very poor. Management are not super. Staff & attendent behave not pliotly. No arrange of daily necessary like bathroom soap, towels, mosquito killer etc....

Very unprofessional and rude staff. In a 3 person room, they provided only 2 blankets and when asked for the 3rd one, denied outright. The staff calls himself the manager, simply denied to talk to anyone senior. For 1500/ night and the atitude of the staff, won't consider ever again. Extremely dissatisfied!!!!

Rooms are spacious.neat and clean..but they don't have intercom service..room service was slow during our visit.. They have lift and car parking facility Location is easily accessible They have in-house restaurant..and food quality and quantity is good They didn't take card payment..can pay by UPI or cash only.. As there were not as such good options to stay, recommended this property among them..but don't go for online booking as it shows very high price almost all the time

I reached there for attend a marriage. I feel really bad few things there. First in one time hotel management should not handle two marriage in same day. Just because of that all person got confused where should attend the marriage second thing marriage hall on 5th floor and another one on terrace that's why all person got tired to reach there.
