Hotel R K Grand - Hotel in Varanasi - Varanasi, India

I stayed with my family in this hotel. I liked the place as it is on main road near a mall. Near many more outlets and grocery shops. Within 3km from railway station. Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and good. Regular cleaning was happening. Service is top class. Staff was helpful and supportive as well. Food was quite expensive. But then we get to know whole Varanasi is having such rates only.

My stay at Hotel RK Grand was very good, specially the ambiance and the location was quite favourable. The cleanliness and hospitality of the staff was worth appreciating. The hotel is nearby most important places, specially Railway station. Very comfortable for aged parents too.

Neat and clean hotel in City centre. Walkable distance from Sigra Mall The hotel staffs are polite and behaviour is good.. We stayed for 2 days and we didn't find any greviance during our stay. Rooms rent is slightly higher when compared to other hotels. But the service is good. Has lift. AC works good It's located in such a place where you can get auto/Totto in the doorstep of premises.Genuine and polite drivers. The restaurant in 1st floor impressed a lot. After Darshan we reached around 10:00PM. Not even informed as we aren't sure of timing. They patiently took the order and served with same ambience though the closing time was 10:30. Morning breakfast has variety but South Indian dishes are not upto mark. Rates are slightly on higher side.

The good thing is that- 1-The food was very nice and delicious however the price are quite high. 2-Very good location. 3-Hotel and rooms are clean. The worst things are- 1-Service is very very bad (In my case they have allotted a room in which the outside lock of bathroom is broken and on complaint they almost took 30+ hrs for repair almost close to my checkout time.) 2-No towel has been provided and I have to call 4 times and waited almost 2 hrs for bath. 3-I feel Staffs are not much professional in hospitality. 4-Bed mattress are not comfortable and the spring of mattress are coming out sharply from side which hurts my leg twice.they are need to be changed. 5-My room doesn't have floor mat so when you came out of bathroom the rooms are getting wet and floor is getting sleperry.Very dangerous if you have kids with you.

A truly great experience staying here. The hotel staff is courteous and polite. If experiencing any problem they resolve it quickly. Rooms have adequate space. Whenever I come to Varanasi with family this hotel would be my first choice.

We a group of 4 including parents visited Hotel R K Grand in June 2023. Initially, I was skeptical about booking . So I experimented initially for one day. Booked 2 rooms for one day. The staff was warm and welcoming. Rooms allotted were good. (304 & 310). Cleanliness and amenities were good. For me, dampness in hotel room is a BIG no and thankfully, there was no such issue. Rooms were neither small nor big. All those who have been critical of room size must not forget that the hotel is a 3Star property and budget hotel. If one is coming here with Taj or Oberoi Hotel like expectations, they may get disappointed. Located opposite Sigra police station and IP Mall, the hotel is accessible. The area is safe and secure. Eventually, we ended up staying there for 4 nights. Food offered was good. Room service and pricing could have been better. Air ventilation in rooms would be a nice idea to implement. Mr. Himanshu Tiwari is a friendly host at the reception. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely visit again whenever I visit Kashi.

Very rude stafff, no way how to talk, don't serve the customers properly, argumentive staff. My suggestion not to go there. Manager is not able to handle their staff also.
