Decent place for family functions, weddings etc. The lobby could be cleaner. Near the lift i noticed some area concealed with a curtain. And the ramp that goes up to the entrance can be covered with dome sheets. Helps in rains and hot sunny days

We had a meeting here from morning, followed by lunch. Gives a classic vibe with the mall kind of elevators. Food was fine. The conference hall was okay for a crowd of about 150 people but seats were tightly arranged. Kinda felt uncomfy sitting for long with arms squeezed in. There's a jewellery shop on the ground floor which every woman might have eyed on, lol.

This is one of the best luxuriest hotel located in the centre of the city. It has all the ameneties and equipped with all the features one needs in a hotel. Prices is very reasonable according to the facilities it provides. Stayed with my friends and enjoyed so much. Food is also delicious over here

The hotel doesn't have proper service facilities. They can't even offer morning tea in the room before 7.30! Reception people just don't listen to guests' requests. Gave 2 stars just because they have ok types rooms and food. The location is good. If they improve the service part, then only they can be appreciated.

The service is amazing!, you get a complimentary breakfast. Rooms are okay, but the one we had got had it's bathroom door not closing properly. Overall it's decent.

The service there was the worst. Our room bathroom didn't support hot water. We asked them to rectify the problem but they ended up the call before I could report properly(they were clearly showing attitude here). I tried ringing up again but they didn't pick up the call. I ended up bathing in Coldwater for three days . It was really HORRIBLE! I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. But the interiors were quite good .

They gave us used chopsticks and the TV did not work. The toilet was also not quite clean and the jacuzzi was dirty. The key card insertion area was broken so that the current went off often because the card often got dislocated. Once the card was locked was locked inside, we had to call the management to open the door. The door was fitted inside tightly so we had to bang on the door to lock it fully or else the lock would make a noise. The bedsheets were a little dirty also. But the food there was good.

Worst experience! The staff was not welcoming. I will not suggest you to visit this hotel, very poor behaviour of staff and rooms fans are not working properly. The hotel doesn't have a wifi connection which is very surprising to us because it is a 4 start hotel. The windows are not clean and the lift is not working properly. I would recommend you to choose any other hotels rather than choosing this hotel. Very pesimestic behaviour.. But The lounge and waiting area is aesthetic. Only these 2 things are good in this hotel. Last but not least I wanna thank me .
