Contaminated food with cockroaches and its babies and other insects. Poor hygiene, cockroaches everywhere even on the dinning table. Would suggest to not go
The owner and Manger of hotel are very co operative and helpful. Room are clean regularly and room service is also prompt. The only issue is food. The quanity of food is huge. A single person cannot finish it himself. Location is nice

New hotel (opened Dec 2017). So you can expect better rooms than others in the area. The water geysers in the room are very small. So, hot water for shower is a problem. But the service quality is poor. They need to understand that service is important in hospitality industry.
Everything is perfect, trust me I have been to multiple hotels but the service which I got in this hotel from the smallest city is commendable. Trust me one of the best service in the city do not think twice.
The service at this hotel was really bad. The blanket have pulses spot on it and when requested to change they changed it after eight hours. I didn't use although the Ac was working. The staffs are really bad. They didn't listen customer complaint. Also in one night there was no electricity completely and only Ac was working no lightning. I didn't slept well due to this. They remain firm in not taking action when you complain. Although I have complementary breakfast the restaurant people told me I can only get one food items and served it after 30 minutes of waiting time. Overall I never get such harsh treatment in any hotel.
Better amenities and accommodation options. Above expectation services in comparison to other hotels located in this area. Food carrying and packaging service is very good. U will get a Decorated and furnished suits and service. Overall a 9 /10 rating
