We had booked a room. We were the only people then. They didn't ask when we have to check out. The next day they got booking for 5 rooms at once. They asked us to vacate our room instantly. When we opposed, the owner said aapko pahle batana tha ki room do din k liye chahiye as if they were not at fault at all. We had our 5 year old child with us as well. The most ironic part is that they don't have option to book online and they were saying they got this batch of booking 4 days ago online. They have only 5 rooms and hence they are greedy and unprofessional for bulk booking. Stay aware. You have other options like Valmiki resort, Evergreen etc.
Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Room service was quick and satisfactory. Food was delicious. None of the time, they made us regret ordering something. Staffs were very cooperative and well mannered. Special demands were also humbly handled like ordering birthday cake in late evening...
Tasty food , great ambiance and wonderful staff. A must place to go in Valmikinagar to have tasty food.
The rooms are good and I think the best in Valmiki nagar.... But but but rest everything is bad the food is pathetic and the manager or I don't know who he was his behaviour was so bad... Personally I will not recommend this place.. And hm yes they will charge youRs100 for a small 10rs 5-star.
The hotel management is amazing. Though, they had few staffs as it is off season but they were giving their best to serve their guests. I had stayed there 2 days, the rooms were amazing and food was also very tasty. If you want to have desi Chicken, ask them and they will arrange it for you. If you are staying here, Do try their chicken lollipop....The lollipop was amazing..... I Would love to stay here again.
I experience is very bad with hotel purva because manager behavior is bad and food service &quality is also not good. Dhaba is better than this restraurent. Thank you Regrads Shyam shrivastav

In this location after visiting too many hotels this was found quite good. The rooms and specially the washrooms were clean. The hotel had its personal restaurant which majority of hotels in valmiki nagar were missing. Food was also good.
