Hotel food quality & service is very nice appreciated the entire experience of stay. Just a thing to develop is room maintainance is not good as lot of dirt & dust. Spider waves are every where &/washroom should be more clean and maintain. We had a official program where I was a chief guest. Great program hall best lighting and projector system. Rest i would specially appreciate the staff Name :- Ajay From Delhi.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY.Apart from the location and parking, nothing else is good.EVERYTHING is broken like broken dustbins, dripping leaking taps, etc, etc.No proper lighting. Only 1 proper tube light in the room.. No night light.Their classification of rooms is misleading. I booked 3 Super Deluxe AC rooms only to find out that all rooms are of different sizes and 2 are significantly smaller than the third. One had a bathtub, whereas the other two didn't..No advertised amenities like a telephone or intercom to call the reception (1 room had a telephone, others didn't, anyway couldn't call reception). They give you a mobile number to call.24 x 7 running hot solar water is a long far fetched claim. I had to leave early, got up at 4:30 AM with NO WATER, neither hot nor cold.. The reception mobile did not pick up the call.. Had to go down in the early morning to wake him up. No mineral water is included in room rent.No toiletries for a 3-star hotel room. It's a joke in today's era..No stool or towel rod in the bathroom. The list just goes on..Hard mattresses as already pointed out in another review, but again, didn't bother as the stay was just for a day..Extremely expensive food as also pointed out in another review.The lift does not work on the 2nd floor..Cleanliness is nothing with garbage lying in corridors.The window sills had all kinds of garbage like cigarette buds because of which the room was stinking like anything..Got insulted in front of my relatives who were my guests who were horrified by the hotel..Absolutely mismanaged experience..The property looks good only from outside.. Inside it is altogether different story..You can have far better hotel rooms at lower or higher prices..Please make an informed choice before plonking your hard earned money down the drain..

The room is spacious, only problem is the pillow is very hard. could not sleep at all on it. luckily I had a traveling pillow so used to sleep and also I noticed a cockroach crawling in the room. otherwise the management & staff are very courteous and cooperative.

Don't even think of booking this hotel for your stay.. The owner is highly attitude of person. the bedsheet are stinky.. the owner doesn't need the online booking which has come up in his mouth... and he thinks that online client is not his clientele base... very very sad for him.. he doesn't know the power of digital world.

Rooms are not so well managed. Bed are stiff, lack of cleanliness. No tea kettle, bedsheet, blanket seems little unclean. They have very much scope in every department.

Room was really clean and tidy. Mattress are hard, but wont deprive you of sleep. Washroooms have hot water supply 24/7. Food is bit expensive but overall it worth it.

the quality and variety of food is too good rooms are need and clean location was fab at near to market hotel staff also Co-operative and friendly. must try to visit again if any work come

Worst hotel service I have ever seen. I had urgent need of room. I called at hotel but no one responded even one of employee had seen me while calling him but he hasn't responded. If you are lazy to pick up the customer calls mark my word your hotel would be closed soon.
