We are friends of group with 4 people, we had booked AC Room, room was good, clean and comfortable to stay for friends and family. Connectivity wise is too good as everything close and famous visiting places are in radius are in a radius of 2 km. Overall it is good to stay.
It was worst experience, we came with 4 families and booked 6 rooms. Water is not coming in any room, reception & service no. Is not responding, very bad behaviour by named Mohit who seated in reception. Honour behaviour is good over phone. No recommended.

Very bad experience. Booked this hotel due to perfect city centre location, near to Railway station. But, the experience from check in to check out was worst. The staff are unprofessional. Rooms are not upto mark. No cleanliness in room, no hot water. Worst part, they do not have provision to send soft copy of your invoice.
Room was clean but hygiene was not good, lots of paan stains. The management should take care of this
It was a great stay At Hotel Purva in Indore - Services offered were good whilst the rooms were nice & tidy. Only thing that I experienced was with improvement in terms of Tea - as it is what we start the day. Amidst all rest was very perfect as described in reviews.
Good Hotel with very good and Polite staffs.. Food quality is average but you can order online through zomato nd Swiggy.. Hotel don't have any objection with that. Few things need to be implemented Like proper ventilation(Exhaust Fan) in Washroom of every room.. Lift is okay but the module is very old..
Good hotel. Rooms are average and not that spacious, but the service is excellent. The food here is also clean and good tasting overall. This is definitely a good option for a hotel near the railway station for quick trip.
