This place should not be be even categorised as a hotel, Property is way too old, rooms are in a very poor condition, attached pics Repair work is non existing. To top it off they have raised room tariffs, idk basis of what, extremely poor place, please avoid until an emergency.
Food quality is simple and good. The taste of the food is simple and good for health and the service and waiter are courteous.
Quality of food is quite delicious. The menu card needs more delicious dishes to be incorporated. The amount of dish like Fried rice has been cut down drastically as compared to pre-covid times. The quantity of foods was always the alluring call for me.
Love the food.. really good place for family gathering. Food quality is good not so spicy or sweet. Love the Chinese dishes. Fruit salad is too good; it's a must try in summer. Fish fry is also good a must try dish if you love fish, but the price is bit high. Rest mutton and butter chicken is also recommended.
Very basic hotel. Nothing to be impressed. They will provide you rooms depends on your urgency and charge you the highest possible tariff. Their in house restaurant is just pathetic. Unless you don't have a option to eat from outside then they will be the last to order.
One nice hotel in Malda town. Moderate price range. Rooms are available in your capabilities but congested. Toilets are required cleanliness and hygienic conditions. Room service and staff behaviour is average. Needed renovation and up-to-date management system overall. Authority have to do something for customers satisfaction and services. As because end of the day customer is everything. Hopefully awaiting for betterment and improvements of healthy living environment before the society. Administration and management have to strictly surveillance over the public oriented places for a better tomorrow.
Not up to the mark... Services are poor but service charge is on the higher side... Quality of food is just ok but you have to pay a way too much for these.
The rooms are well enough, and worth the price and are equipped with all the necessary amenities. The food isn't quite up to the mark and needs a little improvement. The hotel, overall, isn't disappointing and will give you a lot for your buck.
