Location is good. Service staff is quick and nice. Rooms are small and a bit noisy place
Overpriced rooms, overpriced food and paper thin walls which will subject you to all the noise and chatter going on in the corridor outside the room. A water bottle is charged at Rs.100/- That which should be the least expensive. The room looks clean. But the issue is the non soundproof walls. I could not sleep the whole Saturday night because of the noise outside the room. You could literally hear people inquiring at the reception, utensils clinking in the kitchen , people flushing their toilets. To me it was an expensive and unfortunate experience.
Stayed again at this hotel. Service was better than last time but I saw bugs in the room roaming on the bed and the side table. That wasn't very nice. Hope they do a pest control soon. Otherwise it was good.
Rooms are good but small in size. Food is delicious but a little costlier.
A lousy place to stay where the rooms have no windows to let any Sunlight in and the washrooms are infested with cockroaches of various sizes. The hotel doesn't provides any mineral water and you have to buy it at a high price. The rooms are pretty small and cramped which the hotel terms it as 'cosy'. The hotel serves breakfast in the room which is a bare choice between aloo Paratha and bread omlette which invariably one needs to have sitting on the bed as there is no other place in the room. Avoidable at best .
Hotel is located near to ambala railway station and sadar bazaar in Cantonment area. A bit crowdy location but services are good and helpful staff. Valet parking available. They have a very good rooftop bar and cafe which is recommended place to visit. We didn't expect such a nice ambience with good sutle crowd. Overall we liked the place for a one night stay journey in ambala
It was a pleasure staying at this Hotel, which is 5 minutes walking from the swimming pool. It is a nice hotel with excellent service. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoye. I will definitely stay there again.
Hotel Ambiance is good rooms are clean but they are zero in service & amenity. so i can saye you can stay here in emergency but if you are looking comfort & luxury so this hotel is not for you.
