Rude room service. Rooms are average, this was our 3rd time stay here however this year the experience was not that great. Previously the experience was good even the service was very nice so we decided to repeat our stay with same hotel, however this year the service was very rude. We asked for a towel the person on reception said if you bath 2 times we won't give towels. When you ask for service to clean the floor for just minor stain (we were travelling with 4 month old kid) he said you should clean your legs before entering the room we won't keep cleaning the floor.
Rooms are good but have no ventilation hence a moist and pungent smell inside rooms. Switch boards are faulty and sone don't even work. Otherwise if you think of just spending the night and check out next day, it is good.
Staff was not friendly and helping . I didn't have another choice otherwise I would have checked out on the same date .
Excellent hospitality, hygiene and good quality of food. Nice management. Hotel staffs are good and cooperative. Location of hotel is fine. You can get essential products nearby hotel. Free wifi, parking facility also available. Location is in main city and convenient to reach. Recommended for stay. Proper house keeping, rooms and bed are maintained but bit cleaned. you will feel pleasant and comfortable. Food is still good compare to rooms. Overall good (nice experience).

It was an excellent stay at hotel. All staff very friendly, nice services. Room and bathrooms very well maintained .Only one suggestion if you can show little bit flexibility in checking in and out timings. Overall good experience.
