Below average room based on the premium you pay. A little expensive I would say when looking at the room. Very tiny room and the floor had a lot of dirt accumulated. Might not be the case with every room. Room 105 had this issue though. The location is good. There are lots of stay options around in the same vicinity.
This hotel is a very nice place to stay at affordable price in the great location.., the staff especially Santosh is really friendly n helpful and all of them go all the way to make your stay comfortable.
Ants are on the matters...I found snacks packets in the cupboard ..which they didn't clean once the previous guest checked out ...and the water take handle is broken ....... When I was checking out ..I requested 1 small bottle of water ...the receptionist told me that is chargeable ...even though I stayed for 6 hours and checked out I paid full tariff.. This is for management..when u investigating please investigate the complain properly... Justify correctly...don't creat stories that I was insisting that I will pay less for deluxe room ...for you kind information. Thank you
Rooms are small, clean- too much noise in the passage by the hotel staff, walls between the rooms not sound proof, even a phone ringing can be heard very easily. Good for a short stay.

My booking was in make my day but they refuse my checkin .when i said i wont take refund i want a room so they shifted me to pubstreet . Believe me rooms are small and compac but at this price we get small rooms only in mumbai. But the service they gave me is just wow appreciate there welcome and will recommend this hotel for stay and good location all cafes are juat walking distance from the location.
