Worst service, Worst food, Worst Rooms and poor staff coordination and co-operation. This Hotel is not even worth 1 Star; however gave 1 star, as needed to write this Review. Extremely rude Manager (Narayan) and cleaning staff and on top of that, even after complaining the issues to PTC Hotel head (Satish); no adherence was given in terms of Worst service provided for our vacation from the month of October 2023. In spite of booking this hotel 1 month in advance, the AC deluxe rooms allocated to us were of the following conditions: - Stinking Toilets - Cockroaches in the room - Non operative AC - Cigarete smoke in the room - Worst coffee ever - No hot water for bath Humble request to all to not to cater to any paid reviews provided to the hotel and attempt to book this Hotel, considering it is near from the Railway station. Worst experience ever in terms of Hotel and Service Industry ever witnessed by Hotel PTC. Would NEVER recommend this Hotel to anyone.

3rd Class Hotel with the worst of all the facilities. The Manager (Narayan) and even the Head (Satish) was not helpful at all and in spite of the room issues being highlighted to them, turned deaf ears on the problems being faced. DO NOT BOOK ANY ROOMS IN HOTEL PTC AS THEY ARE THE WORST IN ALL ASPECTS.

Third class hotel and their staff Mr Nilesh who as reception person worst if he will continue with job hotel will loose customer. I booked room online when we reach near to indore he told me I could not find your boking and directly told me roughly cancel your booking. This was happening at night 11pm . This kind of attitude this person having room was not clean when we asked again room service person was not ready to change bedsheets and pillow covers my suggestion do not book this hotel for any reason seriously

The hotel, on 5th floor, has a very shiny look. It looks very new and bright. Rooms are also very good. Location wise its very close to the bus stand, railway and market.

The property is very well placed within the prime location near station. Staff is really well behaved. Good spacious room and the room service is very prompt. The property is very new hence the property is really well maintained.

The Hotel is located right near Indore Railway Station it's a two minute walk...It is located on 5th Floor of a shoping complex it has a separate life to enter the hotel..As the hotel is recently constructed it is well maintained...The rooms are of decent size for two individuals...They also have a dining area...You can book rooms from their offical website for better rates

Very horrible experience. Allotted my booked room to someone else and my booking was declined. Then we were asked to go to another sister hotel of them which was not safe. This all happened at 11 pm in the night and I had nowhere else to go, I was with my aged parents.
