Good location to njoy with family and friends, location is quiet and gives much pleasure. But coming to the hospitality could find the House-keeping activities and the scavengers activities was quite abnormal than the usual one. Kinda speech was lil abusive.
Looks like a great new hotel. In 2023, the hotel is not quite finished with some bair wires and rubble outside. Very good if you are looking to take the train up to Ooty (warter park next to the Hotel). Rooms get 5 stars as very clean and modern. Seems there is no food available unless pre-ordered. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Rooms were clean and located in Ooty - Mettupalayam road. Easy to reach. No breakfast buffet during off season. Buffet available only during peak season. I went during off season, considering the price without breakfast buffet it's costly. All rooms are of same size and parking space is very small, only 5 cars can be parked.
Very worst experience... Rooms are clean and good. But the service was too bad.. The employees were very rough.. They didn't give water...Only 1ltr for one day. Worst experience. Prices are very high.. They are forced to vacate the room before the checkout time. Because another customer is waiting for the room. Don't go to this hotel.
Very good accomodation, service is amazing, prices are allright. Nice and quiet location, perfect to rest after all the traveling and close to the bus stop for Ooty - 200M
Just a room you'll get here. No food, no tea nothing else. The rooms were good though. But I guess the ACs haven't been serviced. And the balconies are badly smelling.
It was a very nice experience, rooms where very very neat and clean very hygenic, and the staffs are very friendly, nearby many restaurants available or else we can order in Zomato or swiggy by mentioning the hotel name and room no they come and deliver we don't need to go out also. We feel very safe here and it's a family hotel.. must visit once again

New Renovated rooms are nice to stay.. Without A. C. Is very hard to stay... The old rooms are very worst and suffocating. Cost is bit higher and without complimentary.
I stayed at hotel catnap for two days it was asome& the staffs were humble, especially they suggested a travels from Mettuppalayam to ooty which was enjoyable and the tariff of the travels was also reasonable .Hotel room were clean and good it's good
So far so good Plus point is location. We have stayed for night only for morning toy train. Price wise some what costly but as it's near to main bazar and relway station its convenient. Total 3 floor Lift is available. NO HOT WATER FACILITY.

Food was very good . We had dine with chicken tandoori burger , chicken tandoori sandwich, veg double tecker burger , margerita pizza , chicken carnival pizza all was very good .
