No resturent. No drivers dormatory. We have to booked separate 2 beded room for driver. Staffs dont have idea about WB Govt employee id. They dont allow that govt ID as ID proof. Rooms are not maintained. Bathrooms are so so. Costly as per rooms. No diiference between standard and delux rooms. Not at all recomended.
Better than average experience with respect to other hotels in the vicinity. Some of the rooms require overhauling modification. What is best is their staff behaviour. Location is also prime. It can Certainly be an option if you are searching a budget hotel in Asansol.
It is situated in a very busy road at night sleep will be disturb if your taking roadside view room Also standard room are not worth to stay Pillows & mattress can give to bodyache in morning, Tv channels are low.Food is not good.
Very good hotel to stay with family. Excellent service by Management and, specially I would say restaurant/food service is excellent. All staff behavior is good-Manager Mr. Ajay is very good gentleman & all other staff are very friendly and they do good care of their guest. Appreciated.
Hotel is old but no switch board is working and washroom is not hygienic next time onwards I will not prefer this hotel
Hotel is at a very nice and accessible Location. Room in which I was staying was very clean and properly managed. But Bathrooms were not at all clean. They were very dirty. Also food was very below standard.
Location wise it's on point. Rooms+ washroom are spacious n clean too. Staff behaviour is appreciated as well !! Overall nice stay!!
