The hotel was wonderful. It was within easy walking distance to my appointment and to the restaurants, etc. It was also easy to get transport anywhere you needed from here. The staff and service could not be faulted. House keeping was done daily and the front desk were always happy to help with anything, including guiding a foreigner in making bookings for tours, etc. The restaurant was limited but with food delivery services and multiple restaurants within walking distance, this was not a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel.

If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel in an awesome location this is it! 1 minute walk to M market. The rooms are large and the air con is cold!! Anuj and his staff are the most wonderful and helpful people you could meet and nothing is too much trouble. Beautiful warm environment, without being intrusive. Well done Anuj.

Worst experience!!! I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Private affair, and I must say it was one of the most disappointing and unpleasant hotel stays I've ever had with overpriced rooms. First and foremost, the cleanliness of this hotel was abysmal. The lobby itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, with dirt visibly accumulating in corners with overwhelming odor of stale cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness was not limited to the lobby but my room too smelled bad. Upon entering my room, my disappointment only deepened. As if that weren't enough, the jet shower in the bathroom was in a state of disrepair. It leaked profusely, creating a puddle on the bathroom floor. This not only added to the overall discomfort but also raised concerns about hygiene and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were also far from fresh. They had a musty odor that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. And this was after the room was cleaned by the staff. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of my stay was the attitude of the staff. The manager in the morning time was good but the night manger Mr. Mohammed was way too arrogant. Four of my colleagues, staying just nearby were refused to accompany me to me room, who only wanted to check the hotel room for 2 mins, to consider the hotel for next stay, but Mr. Mohammed was rude with the guests. Only one of my colleagues were allowed to visit my room for 2 mins after taking to the Higher authority on call. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless you enjoy discomfort and frustration during your travels.

Pathetic staff! Specially Mohammad who is the in-charge during night time, highly unworthy of a post which requires public interaction! Very arrogant, rude and doesn't know how to talk to guests. We were a group of four people. Such behaviour is not expected from any hotel. The rooms are pathetic, shabby, tiny & disgustful and not at all worth the amount. The hotels in the same neighborhood are very much better with cooperative staff.

The hotel is amazing and the service was excellent. Polite and respectful staff and owner . Overall great experience. Very much recommended

Superb Location, clean, great rooms. Only room service and restaurant needs improvement. Other than that perfect place.

Rooms are comparatively bigger and spacious and not compact. Loved the stay and would visit again.

Very rude and ill mannered staff and managers. The night manager has no courtesy of how to talk to their guests.
