Communication is good for traveling. But the issue is that the roads are damaged totally due to rain. Otherwise it is good.

I stayed here for four days. I would like to specially mention their hospitality and food, which were definitely the experiences worth mentioning. Room was comfortable. Hotel General Manager Mr. Karim is a perfect gentleman who takes care of the boarders by personally visiting them and asking for any issues and difficulties being faced, handling them nice and efficient way. Food is also better than other nearby restaurants. Some people reported the service is slow, but I never faced this issue.

Neither food, nor services are good. You order a thing and they won't get that to you as long as you don't get frustrated. Quality of food is not up to the mark. Even for a bottle of water, you'll have to wait a lot, though there's almost no to negligible customers in the restaurant.

Ordered Masala Kulcha but they delivered smoky burned kulcha when we asked them what is this they just replied this is their special item and they used to serve like this...even the tandoori roti we ordered was smoky flavored....worst food service and over priced....

The worst hotel experience ever I stayed in room no 310 in Hotel Pritika. From the moment I entered my room, I realised that it was a bad mistake. The paint was peeling of the walls because of damp. I requested the reception to give me a different room but they declined. It did not end there. I then discovered that the sewage pipe of the commode was leaking dirty water all over the place and the waste water from the sink opened up in a hole near the bathing area flooding it. Needless to say, I did not take a bath. In the night I was feeling very cold and tried to open the cupboard to find a blanket. Only to be hit by a reek of coconut oil. Seems the previous occupant had taken a bath with coconut oil and wrapped himself with the blanket thereafter. Calls made to the Room service and the reception went unanswered. Finally after trying after every 15 mins, the room service picked up the call at 8:30 and told me they will change it when the come to clean the room. No apology, no empathy for the fact that I spent a night without sleep. I was supposed to check out at 5 in the morning and had told the reception to keep my bill ready. I arrived at 5 AM to find the reception deserted and all exits locked. Tried calling for 40 mins to room service without anyone answering. Then I had to resort to continuously bang the counter to wake up the security who also was asleep somewhere. He instead of apologising instead, started jumping on me that he had no information that I will be checking out. They were then clueless on the bill. I finally told them to call the front desk associate. Grumbling a call was placed and he informed me that my host had told them that he would be paying the bill and no money was to be taken from me. Finally after toiling for 50 mins, I was released from that jail. Luckily I had taken a couple of hours before my train was to arrive and as a result , I made it to the station in time. This place is not competing on hospitality. It is competing with a waiting room or Dharamshala My simple advice, Avoid it at all costs.

Quite impressive but The inner look is dull than the outer Look, though the rooms are comfortable along with compatible bed sets
