Hotel Princes' Palace - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Prince's Palaca, and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was impressed. First and foremost, the staff was exceptional. They were not only professional and efficient but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and attended to all my needs promptly. The room was nothing short of a sanctuary. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings was evident. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The view from my room was breathtaking, and I enjoyed every sunrise and sunset. The dining options at the hotel were outstanding. The on-site restaurant served delicious, well-prepared meals, and the breakfast spread was a perfect way to start the day. The room service was also prompt and the food, delightful.

Pros 1. Placed at good location. It's popular in the city 2. Rooms are clean and staff are courteous 3 Very tasty breakfast Cons They have a centralized hot water geyser.until 8am you will get hot water. But after 8am you have to call reception to switch on the centralized geyser. But you will only get warm water.

This is awesome hotel just go for it if it fits in your budget. Rooms are clean and hygienic with all standard facilities but needs some improvement. Staff is amazing, service is top notch. Infact they provided upgrade on the room free of cost as they suspected that room that I had booked will be too small for family. Buffet breakfast had limited options but all items were tasty. Waiter offered milk with Bourn Vita to my 3 years old kid. Location is good with all major areas in 2-3 km radius.

Hotel is located in very good location, gurukrupa restaurant is 2 mins walk from here so your food needs are sorted. Also breakfast served at hotel was good poha, upma, puri bhaji, idli sambar, fruits are some of items u get. Service was amazing, so far the best service experience i had, one call solved the needs. Very patient staff. Only they should work on normal wifi network again and again using specail login password was bit bad. Warm water Temperature in shower was perfect not too hot. Just to mention all tech used was also good and works great Overall very good stay

A decent place to stay. But adjoining rooms were smoking rooms to even ours non smoking rooms had that smell which wasn't tolerated by Elders of our family. Cooperative staff, good food, we stayed there for two nights. Neatness was maintained well.

Very decent hotel I stayed 2 times in the past hotel , bedroom are spacious n service are good and value for money , need improvement in breakfast, All over a good stay

Sonubhai, The Manager was too good and having helping nature. Service staff was also very good. Cleaning is also good and hygiene.

Nice and clean rooms. Very good hospitality. Their breakfast spread is ellaborate. Highly recommended.
