HOTEL PRINCE - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

The hotel is ok with its facilities. Rooms are ok with this rate but it could be more cleaner. The staffs are very good with soft behaviour. But bathrooms and pillow conditions should be more improved. are loaded almost in all the rooms

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at HOTEL PRINCE and I must say that it was a truly dreadful experience. It is my duty to share the details of my stay to ensure that other travelers are aware of the issues I encountered. The customer service at HOTEL PRINCE was shockingly inadequate. The staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. They were unresponsive to guest requests, and their overall attitude was dismissive and indifferent. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of basic hospitality. The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. My room was unkempt, with dirty linens, stains on the furniture, and a pervasive odor that made my stay extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and I even discovered mold in the shower area. It was clear that hygiene was not a priority for the hotel My experience at HOTEL PRINCE was beyond disappointing; it was truly a nightmare. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value even the most basic standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and comfort. It is my hope that this review serves as a warning to other travelers, and that HOTEL PRINCE takes immediate action to rectify the numerous issues plaguing their establishment.

Good experience:- The room and wash/bath room was good ! Price was not that high Bad experience:- Non AC room is too noisier because of the non switchable fan Fod prices are very high

Never dare to stay in this hotel. The rooms are ugly full dirty. Every where pan is spitted, even in lift walls. Not even bucket is in wash room. The counter staff was rude all the time. Even the bed was full dirty. I suggest not to opt for this as there is a lot of noise from railway station and you can't even sleep. The last fight I did for invoice with receptionist was like a freedom fight almost. Water in washroom was not going out. Please even if it's more choose a better hotel.

This hotel located at prime location front Guwahati railway station. I visited this hotel with family for Guwahati trip and stayed in this hotel . room washroom specially 512 was dirty service pitiable room telephone was dead given phone number not working at night I spend night uncomfortably. I recommend to not booked online book rooms after physical check.....

I booked for 1 day, the receptionist(male) was scary the he talked very arrogant. So i was scared to approach him for anything. The room was filthy, the bedsheet and pillow cover was not changed. As i saw short hair all over the pillow and the mattress looks like it was infested with mite. The only advice i would suggest if you want to stay there, keep calm and bring your own bedsheet, pillow cover, blanket.

Location is good, rooms are budget friendly but behaviour of the manager is quite arrogant. It is okay if you are travelling solo and do not want to spend your time in hotel room. In most of the hotels they serve you water after checking in but in this hotel they didn't offer you anything.

Very bad experience in Prince hotel bed sheet are not changed n room service are not available on time There are hole in couches toilet bucked are broken..... Never stay in these hotel I highly recommend
