In my view, (a/c to money) The washroom is not up to the mark. Television screen quality is not good and payable channels were Missing. The bed sheet and Blanket were not fresh. After asking, provided only a bed sheet. The drinking water facility(filtered) is good . Hot water is available.

Such a great experience with this hotel .. staf are polite. Room are cleaned well maintain . In every floor there have water filter not to buy any water bottles.

Very good. Manager was very calm and never bothered to keep my luggage in store room since I returned from kamakhya temple late hours than check out hours. Morning before leaving room I had discussed with manager 7.30 am I'm going to kamakhya I will give key with you if I m late because it's last day of dasara on 24th October you pl keep my Iuggages in store room. By this I can judge a person. After returning I had no room to stay and waiting . Since I had to book cab. Visarjana time so all vehicles stopped by traffic policemen in the areas. So was just observing how he responds to guests. He showed very good hospitality to all the guests. I said him go for lunch at 2.15 pm. Till 3.15 pm he was waiting for the guest with his smiling face. saying a guest is reaching within few minutes they have called by 2 pm. Really dedicated person. Usually who sits in reception will not so calm everywhere. I got my cab by 3.15 . But only thing I observed is an assistant room boy was expecting bribe from me. I didn't give because I'm vigilant central govt employee so follow don't pay bribe / don't receive bribe rule as per central vigilance department. So when my cab reached the gate room boy didn't help me to keep the heavy suitcase inside cab I have requested three times, it's heavy pl help he didn't show humanity. Because my weight is 41kilo being women I was expecting him to show humanity to keep the bag inside cab. When said cab driver intially he said that hotel assistant is standing there you ask him. I said driver the reality that salary he is getting from owner but I m not ready pay bribe. So he is acting like this. Later my cab driver helped and suitcase kept in car.

Location of hotel is excellent(near about 1 km to Guwahati Railway station) Everything was in reach very easily. Prices are also very reasonable. Staff's behaviour was very good. They had prepared the room before check in and provided the room 2 hours before. Thanks to the owner and definitely it is a very good choice in Guwahati for stay.

Not well maintained or satisfactory like other hotels in same price. At night suddenly you might get unknown visitors too, if you are single man specially so be careful. Overall not good experience at all

Used to stay 2nights there. Clean calm area. Staff are gud. For safety and communication i liked this hotel. Thanks to the Hotel staff

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative; they don't know how to talk to customers. We have booked 1 room for 2 people and As i discussed when I booked they told me if it was for advance payment because of late night check in and also for i booked via booking. com that's good. I have no issues. I am also from the hospitality industry. I understand the payment regarding the issue. But when I pick my guest from the station and back to hotel 1st, they open the gate after half an hour after so many calls . When I booked, I already and mention that . When we are at reception, we are told to fill out a log book then we give the room key. and mention all mobile numbers that you have They provide us with pillows which are wet . The lights in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and loads of complaints. The Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worse than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Hotel near to railway station easily accesible. Popular in business traveler and tourist. Hotel and room neat and clean Reception staff co oprative. Room service prompt. No snacks and food except from outside. Would like to stay in next visit.
