We stayed for one night with whole family and it was a real comfy room.
All rooms and bathrooms were clean.
Staffs were really helpful and properly mannered.

No parking, arrogant staff , prices are too high and even vary on face to face basis, abusive staff , they have attitude like kr lo jo Krna h... for same room guest pay 3000 and another pay 1500/- based on mood of reception staff
This is the second time I have stayed at the Hotel Prime Residency in Chhatarpur. My recent 10 day stay was superb.
The staff are friendly, courteous and accommodating. Mr Manish, the hotel manager, ensured our arrival and stay was smooth as we were coming from abroad. He was always available for any queries or help that we needed.
The Golden Tree Restaurant on site has a variety of tasty vegetarian options and chefs can also cater for special requests. It is a popular restaurant for the locals too.
The location is great and very central and other areas such as Khajuraho are within easy reach.
The customer service is on par with some of the branded hotels. I would highly recommend Hotel Prime Residency for your upcoming stay as you will not be disappointed.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Modern, nice lighting, large bed, soft furnishing, flat screen TV, AC, fresh linen and bedding.
For a small place like chhatarpur the hotel has very tasty food. Clean restaurant and courteous staff
