Hotel Prime Inn - Hotel in Warangal - Warangal Urban, India

This hotel is located in the crowded market area in the centre of the city. Flowers market just outside, a bit difficult to access by car. But they have parking. Check out check in process is smooth. Rooms are alright. Decent size, washroom is well appointed. Only the sheets on our bed had a few holes. Plus, though they offer complementary breakfast, they get it from outside and serve. No kitchen facilities. If you are late, things tend to finish. Also no options, you just have to eat what is offered. You can't even get tea/ coffee otherwise. The staff tends to charge for water bottles that are not even sealed, which means they were refilling used bottles and giving and charging for the same. The place also tends to get noisy in early morning as anyone talking in the passages, their sounds get amplified.

Good hotel, worth staying here. Check in & check out is done swiftly. The staffs are good & polite. Most of the staffs speak local language & somewhat understand hindi/english but it doesn't create any problems they are very helpful. The hotel room is quiet. Just infront is a flower market & the location is also nice most of the daily needed things are in walking distance. It was comfortable staying here.

The linen in the room was not clean and discoloured. Towel was harsh to use. Its good for exfoliation but not wiping Breakfast timing were 8-10 am but its was over by 9am They dont provide a shampoo sachet of even 2rs For tips 5 people will be behind you until you leave

The place is located in a market area . The staff are trained to serve people. It is only a lodge with you being demanded to pay for a extra bottle of water or pillow . The bed linen is not fresh. The location is such that there is no decent restaurant nearby saving one. Will recommend people to avoid this place.

looks to be very old hotel, but in a prime location. we stayed for a night. triple occupancy room with extra bed, which was comfortable for our family. room was neat. cleanliness could be improved. pillow covers, bed linens, towels need a revamp. though clean, they need be replaced. parking is limited.

It is not a hotel but a lodge, no restaurant inside, breakfast was horrible, and get over in first 30mins itself, no hygiene in the room- bed sheets were dirty and torn, A/c and TV doesnot work, parking was so risky and narrow that it would damage your vehicle, just outside of the hotel is a dirty market with drainage water flowing all around. Bad service no body reaponds to your request for hours unless you go and shout at them multiple times. Request all to not spoil your family trip experience by staying here.

This is not a Hotel. The employee consider and maintain as lodge...Owner in Hyderabad doesnt know. Planned well but maintained utterly badly. 1. Parking is there but staff not able to take details of customers So some cars get stuck and no trace where is the front car owner. 2. Bed Sheets - Full of stain marks and torn bedsheets were told as clean ones so can use - Lodge mentality. 3. Rooms - Water get empty often, TV doesnt work. AC - Water sprinkled on face as its leaking.( lodge style maintenance). 4. Breakfast is brought from outside ( dont know which shop), very basic and served in stained utensils. It also get over by 9 am. And they purposely dont get more , so ppl leave as they are tourists( lodge mentality).

Hotel is good, however no proper cleaning. Have to call and ask then they did it quickly, staff not friendly, size of room is good for a couple, Breakfast was having three items, all were good, Parking is headache for MPV, however ok for Hatchbacks parking is congested, unfriendly staff, Blanket and Bedsheets was clean, however torned, Meal option not available
