Worst experience ever, in bathroom water was not coming tabs were spoiled and broken So pathetic. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever .
Located on highway. Reception on 3rd floor. Very dodgy looking place. Room plaster is chipped. Meals available from out. No negotiation on prices. Glad didn't book online as would have regretted it big time.
Location is the only thing which can keep this hotel alive. They have built it with nice interiors but seems like they cant keep up with its maintenance. Staff is very good, managed to give me a discount as I had arrived very late at 8pm and was leaving early morning at about 8 to 9 am. Cared to serve a nice cup of tea with good-day biscuits complimentary even after giving a huge discount.
Clean ,service and facilities are superb like a five star hotel facilities.
Staff is friendly but rooms are horrible. Water leaking in basin and from AC. There are cockroaches in all the rooms we checked into. Breakfast was served late. They were accommodating but this is just an average stay... good to stay if you need something close to the highway for a pit stop
Small place, not suitable for big functions. More than 40 people make the place crowded.
Rooms were cleaned but room service is pathetic.. intercom not available.. light goes off frequently- no backup... Unavailability of hot water...
Decent rooms with all basic facilities. 24,hrs hot water. Staff is supportive. Dint plan for any food. Decent for family.
