I stayed here recently with my Family and we were very upset. Access to this Hotel from Parking is very difficult we have to hire Labor to carry our luggage pay him because Hotel doesn't care to provide any service. We can see sewage flowing on pathways near Hotel welcomes you with dirt and smell, the Rooms are outdated poor quality Beds, old furniture dirty bed sheets and toilets are too old and not cleaned. I would strongly recommend not to book this type of Hotel.
Excellent hotel if you are looking for hotels in Shimla within Budget. Pros: 1. Hotel is situated in a very close vicinity to the Mall Road. 2. Food is excellent and delicious. Prices are affordable as well. Breakfast is served hot and fresh, either in the room or their dining hall, which has an nice view of the hills. Definitely recommend it. 3. Staff is courteous and very humble. They responded quickly to any problems. They provided valuable insights in how to travel in the region and recommended sites around Shimla that were highlights of my trip. 4. Rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms are well maintained and cleaned from time to time. Cons: 1. There's a catch in location of the hotel as situated in between the Mall Road and the Cart road. So if you wish to visit Mall Road, you'll have to walk upwards 20-30 stairs or if the driver drops you at The Lift, you'll have to walk 300-400 stairs upward or travel upwards using lift to Mall Road and then again come downstairs from there to the Hotel. But owing to Shimla's mountainous terrain, it's understandable. Still, would not recommend for elderly people or people with disabilities. To avoid the stairs, you can take the slope (cannot remember it's exact name, but it was called as Sabzi-Mandi road). 2. Intercom was not working, instead they provided an mobile number. While, it worked it's still an basic necessity for any hotel. Anyways hope that was an temporary issue, and is resolved now. In conclusion, it might be the best hotel in Shimla. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Shimla.
Very good hotel near to station Shimla. Remember to take slope instead of taking stairs. A short 2 min bus distance from Shimla railway station, walking distance for The Ridge and Jhanku Temple
we went on our honeymoon and this was our first check in. we dont have photos because we stayed for 2 nights only as most of the time from morning to late evening we went on trips. It can be accessible by the lift and also its is located very near to mall road.Lakhar bazar and lower bazar can be accessible till late at night due its location. location wise its great, behavior of staf is ok, food we cant say as we didn't tried.
Overall Hotel is good . Location is also good little bit difficult to find. Room's are very clean. Mattress are also washed. Staff is also friendly. Rooms wallpapers are nice. Nice lighting in the rooms . Bathroom is also spacious
This is a decent budget hotel near mall road but it is situated between the cart road and mall road so either one has to take the lift and come down about 40-50 stairs or carry luggage all the way up from lower road. Food is okay and lodging is reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and room service is satisfactory.
The rooms were cozy...Their services were too good. Food quality is very delightful..but you will get only veg food over there. Though the hotel is quite problematic to reach. Overall this is a nice place to spend vacations.
Hotel is located in mall road.u have to go by lift to mall road and again go 60-70 steps downward to reach the hotel.or u have to climb 150-200 steps to reach the hotel. Room was small sized as compared to the mentioned size in Super Delux Category.Proper cleanliness not maintained.
